For Miyeon Lee and Ruben Castro, food and the way it is prepared is a tool for preserving memories. Lee is of Korean origin, Castro is a Belgian artist and architect. The topics they deal with are closely related to the perception of home. Kimchi, a spicy crispy salad made of pickled and fermented vegetables and other ingredients, is one of the most famous traditional Korean dishes.

Now, within the Heroic vs. Holistic exhibition, you can learn to make one of the healthiest treats in the world.
